The Brand Hatchers team has officially launched 2025 with an incredible start – an unforgettable retreat at The Fish Hotel.

This team-building experience combined great food, vibrant company, and meaningful bonding, setting the tone for an exciting year ahead.

The retreat began with a strategic planning session designed to align everyone on personal, team, and company goals. With 2025 shaping up to be a game-changing year, it was essential to ensure that everyone was on the same page. After a productive day of planning and vision-setting, the team relaxed with an Alpine-themed private dining experience. The evening featured delicious food, flowing drinks, and plenty of laughter, all in a cozy and festive atmosphere.

Day two brought the perfect balance of relaxation and further team bonding. The morning started with a refreshing walk through the Cotswold countryside, providing the ideal setting for clearing the mind and recharging. The group then participated in a terrarium-making workshop, a calming and creative activity that saw the team completely absorbed in crafting their own mini ecosystems – the quietest we’ve ever seen them! Each team member left with a personalised terrarium to take home, a lasting reminder of their creative effort.
